American Laboratory Features Etaluma’s LumaScope™

Nov 22, 2011 – (Carlsbad, CA) Etaluma, Inc. is featured on the cover of the Nov-Dec 2011 issue of American Laboratory. A Featured Article in this issue presents results and images from first users of Etaluma’s LumaScope™, a novel inverted fluorescence microscope. The initial set of users vary in age and experience (from Middle school students to Senior Scientists), are from academic, medical, and industrial institutions across the United States, and collected images of many different preparations under various conditions. The LumaScope™ is reported to be easy to use and robust; yielding laboratory-grade images, even under traditionally unfavorable imaging conditions.
